I was impressed how the whole process went so smoothly. I wanted to paint the outside of my house. Sean came out and listened to how I wanted to paint the house. He didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need. He explained the process in detail to me and his quote was in line to other quotes I had received. His crew was fantastic. They cleaned up when they were done. The process from start to finish only took 2 days. Sean told me the job is not finished until he inspects and says it is finished. Sean and his team were a pleasure to deal with and they did an excellent job painting the exterior of my townhouse. It looks like brand new! I would definitely use them again for other paining jobs. FOLLOW UP: 9 months after the paint work by Connelly, we had several areas of the exterior where the new paint was chipping off and the old color (green) is showing, as seen in this picture. I contacted the company multiple times for 4 months now and they haven't addressed this. The work was warranteed for a year, so this should be covered. The communication on when job would be quoted, started and completed, and updates while on the job (I was traveling during the time of our exterior paint) were so helpful in our planning. I saw the review for Connelly along with a few others online, I had my top three choices come out for an estimate and I chose Connolly because Sean came right out and Maria sent me an email right away and got me a very fair estimate for my parents house. The written estimate was clear and detailed about the scope of work. Communication was very good as I had a few questions about some details. As we all know, living in Florida the weather can play a big part in any type of outdoor work .The day scheduled to paint my parents house needed to be pushed back a couple of days but I was notified right away once they needed to change the day. Once the job was complete the property was left free of debris and Sean came out himself to address any minor touch-ups that we needed. He made sure that we were happy, in fact, we were so happy with the work that they did, we had them do our house and we were not disappointed.
